Differences in screw [end machining]
Many customers focus their attention on screw brands. In fact, the products manufactured may be unqualified if machining is not controlled in a precise manner even though high-quality materials are available!
Moreover, many module factories themselves do not involve in end machining of screws, because of which the quality cannot be guaranteed, let alone the problem on fitting of nuts and balls!
The precision validation before screw machining, control of deformation during machining, rebound deformation after machining, and the repeatability precision after module installation are all indispensable!
Linear motor case sharing - XYZR platform
Highlight 1: The XYZR four-axis motion control platform is suitable for common scenarios such as die cutting, testing, fitting, and alignment assembly, with a linear motion precision of 1 micrometer and a rotational motion precision of 0.001 degrees. It is significantly superior to SCARA in terms of overall speed, precision, and cost.
Highlight 2: Compared with competitive products, front locking and installation can be completed in a more convenient manner without dismantling the steel strip.
