■ High-performance heatless drying
With dual-tower dehumidification unit, it can achieve stable low dew point air supply, easy maintenance, and long service life.
■ Closed-cycle mode, without direct inflow of external air
In a completely closed and independent loop system composed of fans, filters, heaters, and drying material barrels, a certain amount of air is circulated, and at the same time, −40°C ultra-low dew point dehumidified air produced by a small heatless dryer is supplemented. This method does not require complex processes such as re-cooling and reheating, nor cooling water, thus achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.
■ High drying performance and cleanliness
The dehumidifying and drying method of the NS series boasts excellent drying performance, which can ensure the improvement of production efficiency and product quality. All parts in contact with materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a #400 polished surface treatment, and a 25 Um filter is used to achieve high cleanliness.
■ Conveying method
It adopts closed conveying method, which conducts suction and pressure conveying in a closed state, without absorbing external air. The isolation method prevents moisture regain and ensures thorough drying.
■ Intelligent PLC + touchscreen control system for conveying
The NS control panel has simple status indicators and function keys for easy operation. It also has comprehensive safety protection functions, which can automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature is too high or abnormal, and will send out an alarm light when there is poor supply or disconnection.
■ Electronic control part
Using Japan Fuji electrical components and Japan CKD pneumatic components, with long service life, safety, and reliability.
■ Easy to clean
The hopper has a wide-mouthed structure and an external circulation filter, making cleaning very convenient. The design of the material discharge switch makes material replacement very easy.
