The loss-in-weight integrated feeder is specifically designed for the extrusion industry. Based on Industry 4.0 technology, it comprehensively manages extrusion raw material control and extrusion processes, and assists the Technical Department in effectively managing extrusion formulas. By adopting professional high-speed valve design, reverse spiral mixing technology, and continuous loss-in-weight control technology, it precisely proportions raw materials and mixes them, effectively avoiding color differences and reducing manual labor. Its unique continuous loss-in-weight control technology enables fast and precise control of output, effectively saving 2% of raw materials when combined with thickness/weight-per-meter control.
The series of loss-in-weight integrated feeders can be freely combined with 2, 4, or 6 types of raw materials according to needs, with a maximum output of 800 kg/h.
