The processing of metal stamping parts is a widely used processing method. In the metal stamping process, it involves processes such as deep drawing, edge cutting, punching, flanging, and drilling. Creating some problems is very complex. So what are the common problems with metal stamping parts? Next, we will organize and introduce them.

1. Burrs mainly occur in shear molds and punching molds, and the gaps between the cut edges or large or small sizes will produce burrs.

2. Adhesion and scratches on the surface of metal stamping parts or molds due to friction between materials and punches or molds.

3. Convex and concave, with foreign objects (iron shavings, rubber, dust) mixed into the uncoiling line.

4. If the punching size is too large or too small, there is a significant difference between the punch size and the punch size.

5. When forming a workpiece, the first contact between the extrusion and the mold forms a line.

6. Twisting, due to uneven stress, poor matching of deep drawing ribs, or poor control of the press slider, the corners and strains of the R angle or embossed part of the part are caused by twists and turns.

7. The strong pressure and plastic deformation of metal stamping parts on the material will lead to an increase in the size of the punching hole, and when the strong pressure is reduced, the size of the punching hole will be smaller.
